Can Denver Mattress be Slept on Immediately

how big is the box and how long do I have to wait before sleeping on it.

The overall dimensions of the Denver Mattress Short Queen Mattress # DE29ZR that you referenced are 60" wide x 75" long x 5" thick. This is an all foam mattress and you can sleep on it immediately but it takes about a day or so to fully expand. All that means is that it may feel different in firmness the second night you use it.
