Question:
Snow chains on a Chevy AWD Astro Van, 1998

Expert Reply:
If you have the 215/75-15 size tires on your 1998 Chevrolet Astro then I recommend using the Pewag Snox Pro Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains # PWSXP570 because they are easy to install and feature square links in a diamond pattern for great traction.
For a more cost-effective option I recommend the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains # TC1138 which uses twist links in a ladder pattern. These aren't quite as easy to install but they will get the job done.
Attached is a review video of the Snox Pro chains for you to reference. If you have a different tire size let me know and I can make a different recommendation. Please be sure to refer to your owner's manual and local vehicle authorities for proper use of snow chains.
