Do I need the listed bottom bracket for this, Original lower bracket is undamaged. SportRack Accessories and Parts - SR00841 eplacement Lock Core and Key for SportRack Explorer Cargo Box # SR03807

If your lower bracket isn't damaged on your SportRack Cargo Box then all you need to replace the lock core is the Replacement Lock Core and Key # SR03807 that you referenced. There is no need to replace the bracket as well.
