A fifth wheel trailer is one that can only be towed by a truck as the truck will have a special hitch installed in the bed for towing a larger trailer (see picture). Fifth wheel trailers are almost always camper trailers and I believe you may just be looking for a hitch to tow a smaller, bumper pull trailer with your 2009 Kia Spectra.
For a trailer hitch the Curt part # C11679 is a confirmed fit for your vehicle and would work great for towing a small camper. For trailer wiring you'd then want the Hopkins kit part # HM11143924. For a ball mount you'd then want the # 3593 and for hitch balls part # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or part # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
