Question:
I see there are a couple different wiring harnesses for 2019 Honda Pilot. Can you tell me what the particular difference is between the Hopkins harness HM43134 and the Tekonsha 118760?

Expert Reply:
The difference between the Hopkins Plug-In Simple Wiring Harness # HM43134 and the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118760 is that the Tekonsha comes with the fuses to activate the tow package in your 2019 Honda Pilot while the Hopkins does not.
If you take a look at the accompanying photo of the two parts you can see the included fuses; this is why I recommend going with the Tekonsha # 118760 to add a 4-way to your 2019 Honda Pilot.
