The UWS Truck Bed Tool Chest # UWS01044 does require you to drill and use your own hardware to secure it in your truck bed. The choice of hardware is up to you; you could use screws, nuts and bolts or even u-bolts like # CE15252A if you prefer. Your spray-on liner will not be an issue for installation. Dimensions are shown in the linked diagram.
This USA-made tool chest features 8 cubic feet of internal volume and its corrosion-resistant aluminum construction and foam-reinforced lid mean it will hold up for the long term in your 2018 GMC Sierra Denali 2500. It also includes a paddle lock with two keys.
The chest will sit flush against the front of the truck bed; the wedge shape allows it to fit around the wheel well, freeing up more space in the truck bed.
A handy accessory I strongly recommend is the Access Motion Activated LED Light Strip # A90392. This 18-inch high-efficiency light strip has 30 diodes and will make it easier to find items in your chest, and because it uses battery power you do not have to do any wiring. You'll need 3 AA batteries. The light strip has a peel-and-stick adhesive but you'll need a couple self-tapping screws like # 1131832 to secure the battery box to the inside of the tool chest.
