Does the Insulating Cushion # CAM45195 Fit with Crank Handle

Is there a cutout for the opening crank in the cushion?

There isn't a cutout for the handle or crank of a roof vent with the # CAM45195. Ideally you'd position the crank to the outside of the vent as much as possible so that the cushion would fit to the inside of it.
