Based on the square footage of your trailer and the hot climate you'd easily get by with a 13,500 btu unit like the Advent Air # ACM135C. The units blow much colder air, plus this kit comes with the ceiling unit so that you can control it since your trailer wouldn't have ceiling ducts.
