Do you have a rear bumper for this truck ? Will a # 61001 fit.

The Westin Fey Surestep Rear Bumper # 61001 referenced in your question may fit your 1979 Chevy Luv but you will need to make or have somebody fabricate mounting brackets in order to attach it to the truck. The bumper itself measures 61-1/16 inches in length.
Unfortunately there aren't any custom mounting brackets available for your Luv so this may be your best option.
