Question:
Can I carry a full size spare tire in the med rack? The tire is a P-225/60/R-18 which measures about 30inch across the center line. I think it weighs in at around 45 lbs. Does Thule make a spare tire holder for this or any of their racks?

The only roof basket spare tire holder we offer is the Spare Tire Carrier for Yakima Roof Cargo Baskets part # Y07076 which would then be compatible with any of the Yakima Offgrid like part # Y07139, MegaWarrior like part # Y07080, or LoadWarrior like part # Y07070 Cargo Baskets which I have attached a list of for you.
They would all be able to support a 45 lb spare wheel/tire no problem whatsoever.
