The Curt hitch # C11041 that you referenced does fit 1994 Ford Mustangs, but only those with a V6 engine. It will not fit your Mustang with a 5.0 liter V8.
If you would like to carry bikes on your Mustang, we have two approved trunk racks that will fit as long as you don't have a convertible or a GT model. You could use the Saris Guardian for 2 bikes # SAR93FR or for 3 bikes # SAR43FR.
You could also explore a roof rack on your mustang to carry bikes. We have some available.
