Can Extang Trifecta Install on Truck with Bed Rail Covers

Question:
My truck has metal diamond plate bed rail caps and a tail gate cap. Can I used this cover with those ?

I attached a picture of how the clamps of the Extang Trifecta part # EX92775 grab onto the bed rails of a truck. A diamond plate bed rail cover would not be an issue as long as it wasn't abnormally thick or tall where it attaches to the bed rails.
