They would not as the sizes are different enough that one set of chains wouldn't have a wide enough adjustability range to fit both. The Titan chains part # TC1555 that you referenced fits the 235/65-17 size but for the 265/65-17 size you'd need a larger size like the Titan chains part # TC2526. I really like this particular style of Titan chain as they install easier than most and they provide great traction for turning as well as accelerating/braking due to the diamond pattern.
