As long as your 2018 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 with the 144 inch wheelbase is equipped with the standard bumper (not the step bumper) the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch # C13388 that you referenced will fit and work perfectly.
This Class III hitch features a 6,000 pound towing weight capacity and a 600 pound tongue weight limit. Please note that during installation you will need to drill some holes into the bottom of the Sprinter's frame. I have attached the complete installation instructions that you can also check out.
