Question:
I want chains for my 1999 jeep Cherokee. I want them for only off road. I use my jeep as a 4 wheeler at the farm. Tire size is lt 225/75 R16. I want them to be easy to install/remove. Are some chains better for off road? Are some easier or harder to install?

We have "Mud Service" tire chains that fit your tire size of 225/75R16 like the Pewag # PWE2435S tire chains rated for off road mud service, which will do great for off-road applications like yours. The install of chains like this isn't too difficult but it's not the easiest style around. The absolute easiest solution is the Konig Easy Fit chains part # TH04115245 which will install in a matter of seconds and still will give you great traction. This would be your most ideal solution but the price reflects how nice these chains are and these are really designed for on-road applications.
