They have the same cross chain dimensions so the clearances required on the top and inner sidewall are the same, but they fit different size tires. There is some overlap, so the # TC1022 cable chains will fit both the 185/55R15 and 195/55R15 size tires that are the factory sizes of your 2014 Chevy Spark. For this fit, you will also need the rubber tire tensioners # TCOA1.

The # TC1034 cable chains will be too big for either of these tire sizes.
