There was a big enough change to the Toyota Camry in 2018 that the hitch manufacturers had to come up with a new fit. So the hitch from your 2015 Camry would not transfer to the 2019 and you'd need a new hitch. For that the Draw Tite hitch part # 36643 is a confirmed fit and would work well. I really like this hitch over the others because it does not require a stabilizer strap when carrying a bike rack like the similar Curt hitch # C11576 does. It also shows a shorter install time length too.
