How to Access Screw on Back of Head Unit for Solera Awning
Published 12/05/2018 >
Question:
I ordered and received this part as the front cover came off. It says in your descriptions that it installs easily. It appears it screws onto the back section of this part? It also appears the back section is on the trailer and wondering how to get it off to install the front section.

You should be able to open up your awning a little bit so that you have access to the screw that allows you to replace the head unit # LC354189 that you referenced purchasing.
Attached is a demo video from the manufacturer that shows how the head unit moves away from the trailer when the awning is opened up.
