AirBedz has confirmed the fit of the AirBedz XUV Air Mattress # 341031 for your 2014 Toyota Sienna. Due to the length of this being 66 inches the second row of seats most likely can be left up but you'd have to measure to be sure. I looked up dimensions of the cargo area of your vehicle and from what I see it looks like you'd be fine folding down the third row and leaving the second up. This means you'd be able to leave the cupholder up as well.
