Will this product work with a pullrite capture plate installed?BLTL-70-40D

The Blaylock EZ Lock King Pin Lock for 5th Wheel Trailers - Aluminum # BLTL-70-40D has a measurement from the king pin step to the top of 1/2 inch. As long as your capture plate allows that clearance, it will be compatible.
