2019 GMC Youkon XL Denali. My 2019 Denali has 285-45-22 tires and retractable running boards. Will these cables chains fit?

They are Class S chains that will only require an internal clearance between the inner sidewall and wheel well of 0.59 inch or 15 mm. It will require a minimum of 1.46 inches or 37 mm between the top of the tire tread and the wheel well.
This will work well for your 2019 GMC Yukon XL Denali with retractable running boards.
You may also want to consider the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link - 1 Pair # TC2327 which will give you better traction due to the square links and utilizes the exact same clearances.
