I wish I could say yes, but your Rav4 uses a cartridge style oil filter that the # D15902 won't work with. I wish we had a similar setup that works with your style of oil filter but we do not. For just a transmission cooler though we have the Derale part # D13503 that would work well. Typically engine oil filters aren't needed or recommended for newer vehicles anyway. In most cases the cooling system for the engine is more than adequate and the oil coolers only end up lowering oil pressure slightly.
