Then for your bike rack, a popular option for your vehicle is the Thule Doubletrack Pro XT Bike Rack # TH92BJ. This light weight bike carrier is sturdy and includes the hitch lock and bike locks. This will secure your bikes by the wheels and lock them in place at the frame. It also folds nicely for storage when not in use.

My personal preference for a bike rack would be the Kuat NV 2.0 2-Bike Platform Rack # NV22G which is a much stronger option that holds the bikes by the wheels so there is no frame contact. This is an important detail for nicer bikes with the light carbon fiber frames.
