I need to no what one I need for my propane tank on my 30 pound propane tank on my ice house in winter and can I leave it plugged in all the time. Style 1155 or 1153

The Kat's Heaters Thermal Battery Wrap for Diesel Truck Batteries - 125V - 160 Watt # KH22300 is what I recommend. It will wrap around your tank and you can leave it plugged in all the time.
The magnetic style heater like # KH1155 you mentioned will only touch 8 square inches of a completely flat surface, so I don't believe it is the best option for your application. Although these also can stay plugged in, the surrounding aspect of the battery wrap will be a better option.
