The part # RRRLT600 you mentioned are just the legs for a Rhino Rack system that mounts to factory installed tracks that run front to back and are a fit for certain makes and models of vehicles such as a 2005 Ford Excursion.
The # RRRLT600 legs are 3" high and the accompanying bars which make up the roof rack on an '05 Excursion, the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA137B-2 are 1-3/16" tall so the total height will be 4-3/16".
This is a great roof rack system because the low-profile aerodynamic bars ensure you have a quiet ride. The rack's aero bars combine with the rubber vortex strips in its top channels to reduce the amount of noise; the channels can also be used to mount some accessories.
The crossbars are made from light but very strong anodized aluminum, which is also going to resist any type of corrosion. Additionally, the rack offers security in the form of built-in locks which secure the bars to your roof and will secure any channel-mounted carriers to the bars.
