For your 2019 Toyota Corolla I recommend the Rhino Rack roof rack part numbers # RRVA118B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK383. I really like the Rhino Rack roof racks as they give you a higher quality roof rack but at a better price than the more expensive brands.
Then for a smaller cargo box the Thule Force XT part # TH6356B would be a great job. It can hold up to 11 cubic feet is a confirmed fit and is very well made.
