Will Part 13333 work for a 2019 Ram 1500 w/ Class III Hitch set up? Thank you,

If you have the 2019 Ram 1500 the only trailer hitch available that is confirmed to fit is the Curt Class IV & V Ultra Frame Receiver Hitch # C15005. If your truck is equipped with the factory hitch though it will need to be removed for this trailer hitch to install correctly. This is a heavy-duty hitch that features a 15,000 pound towing weight capacity and will provide you with a 2 inch receiver.

The Curt Class III Hitch Receiver # 13333 referenced in your question will only fit the 2019 Ram 1500 Classic model. Even then it will not fit if the 1500 Classic has the factory hitch because the factory unit cannot be removed without negatively affecting the frame.
