I will be purchasing the roadmaster base plate 521877-1. I already have the blue ox bx7365 tow bar, question is what adapter kit do I need? Thanks Ken.

To connect the Blue Ox Alpha tow bar with the Roadmaster EZ base plate kit, part # 521877-1, on your Mini use the Roadmaster # RM-032 adapter.
It comes with the pins that run through the tangs to connect the tow bar to it. You probalby already have the pins with your tow bar but maybe not.
