For your 2018 Ford F-150 the CIPA slip on tow mirrors part # CM11550 are what I recommend as they are a confirmed fit and allow you to retain all of the factory features that your mirror has unlike most towing mirrors such as factory turn signals, puddle lamps, BSDS camera, and LED spotlights. These also don't require any special tools to install either.
