I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13290.
The Kuat Sherpa 2.0 2-Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches - Tilting - Gray # SH22G will fit this hitch well and will allow all of the functions giving you 2 inches of bumper clearance when folded with the Curt or 1/2 inch clearance when folded with the Draw-Tite hitch receiver.
