In order to keep your trailer level with your newly lifted Ram 2500 your best option will be to go with a ball mount that features the needed drop. For this I recommend the Draw-Tite Ball Mount # 4282.
This is compatible with 2 inch hitch receivers and it features a 6 inch drop just like the Blue Ox Tow Bar Receiver you were looking at. It has a 12,000 pound towing weight capacity so it will handle your camper without a problem. Its zinc finish will also provide excellent rust protection. It is compatible with hitch balls that have a 1-1/4 inch shank diameter.
