Question:
Will the F4105 AirBag kit work on 2002 Volkswagen Passat GLX Wagon V6gas engine FWD. Rear shocks are outside of the rear coil springs.

As long as you don't have anything inside of your coil springs then the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs # F4105 should fit and work just fine.
I recommend checking out the linked installation instructions and comparing them to what you currently have on your 2002 Volkswagen Passat GLX Wagon just to be sure.
