The (Discontinued) Rola Roof Rack 59834, is designed to fit the 2006-2010 Mazda 5, but not the 2012 Kia Rio 5. But there is a roof rack solution for your Kia.
You can instead use the Thule WingBar Crossbars # TH711400. Also requires # TH710501 clamp feet, and # TH145140 fit kit. This is a fit for the 2012 Kia Rio 5 door.
