You are obviously looking to get some use out of a roof rack system, so I first need to know if you have flush mount factory rails or not. If you do not have the factory flush rails then your best option will be with the Thule WingBar system consisting of # TH711420 for the WingBar Crossbars, # TH710501 for the Evo Clamp Feet, and # TH145175 for the Fit Kit.

Then for your rooftop cargo box, I recommend the Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Box - 16 cu ft - Black Glossy # TH629706 which is a very popular option for your HR-V due to the look, capacity and integrated features. I've attached a video to review some of these features for you.
