My vehicle is a 2017 Coachmen Freelander. Its the inital blade valve below black water tank. The handle has lost one side. Is the handle a screw on/off?

The replacement water tank valve handle part # T1003-6NVP is threaded so it would fit as a replacement for you as long as shank is threaded as well.
