Do the Rhino-Rack Ski and Snowboard Carrier - Locking - 6 Skis or 4 Boards come with the risers to allow for more clearance between the roof and rack?

The Rhino-Rack Ski and Snowboard Carrier # RR576 sits 3-5/8" over your crossbars but there are no risers available to give it additional clearance.
