Do you happen to know what waste valve you have? If it is a Valterra waste valve then yes, the Extension Rod Kit part # T1046-10VP will work for you. However, if it is a LaSalle Bristol waste valve then you would need to use Extension Rod Kit part # 34466SP1112. If you do not have a Valterra or LaSalle Bristol waste valve then I could not confirm compatibility but as these two are the most popular brands, one of them should work for you. Just look on the body of the waste valve for a sticker with the brand name.
