Question:

I want to carry my 16 canoe over the cab of my truck, I am pulling a travel trailer, and also want to carry a small motorcycle in the bed. This rack has a removable rear bar that would make loading the bike much better, then install the bar and load the canoe which should fit over the bike, not sure how high the rack is but I can loosen handlebars if need be. if the back of the canoe extends a foot + beyond the tailgate then the front is just 1foot over the top of the windshield.

I have a great ladder rack solution for your 2017 Ford F-250 long bed that will allow you to easily remove the rear bar when you want to load or unload the motorcycle.

For that you'd want the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Ladder Rack with extension # TH43003XT-000EX for if you want an over cab extension or part # TH43003XT-000 for just the two standard uprights.
