Question:
My 2018 Durango has the factory 7-way. I really like the Prodigy P3 brake controller but what is needed to install it and how do I do it?

Installing a brake controller in your 2018 Dodge Durango with the factory 7-way is extremely easy; all you need is the brake controller and correct wiring adapter and you're set!
For the outstanding Prodigy P3 # 90195 brake controller you simply need Wiring Adapter # TK93VR. One end of this adapter will plug into the P3 and the other end will plug into a connector, which should be up above the emergency brake pedal on your Durango. Once those connections are made you simply need to mount the controller and follow the directions to adjust the settings.
I have added a link to a video showing the Prodigy P3 brake controller being installed on a Dodge Durango with a 7-way so you can see just how easy it is.
