Your 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT manual transmission is able to be flat towed with no speed or distance restrictions. I recommend starting with the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX2336 which is confirmed to fit your vehicle. I recommend using Loctite # LT37420 when installing your base plates.

For your tow bar, I recommend using the Blue Ox Alpha # BX7380 which comes with the safety cables needed and the hitch pin and clip. However, I suggest using the locking pins # BX88177 to secure your tow bar and the vehicle to your motorhome.

For tow bar wiring, I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 which will give you the connector cable, the connection for your vehicle and the wiring and diodes to allow your vehicle to use its factory wiring while still protecting your electronics.

For your braking system, I recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251 which will not require any adjustments after the initial installation. It becomes a simple plug and play system that will work very well on your vehicle. You will need the Roadmaster # RM-88400 relay to prevent the towed vehicle's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn. This relay helps streamline communication between your motorhome and the Elantra GT.

The final thing you will need is a high-low adapter. I've attached an article to help you determine the best fit and have linked the page to your options. I've also included some links to videos of installations and reviews to further help with the products recommended.
