For your 2019 Honda CR-V with a naked roof I recommend going with the Yakima JetStream Roof Rack. This system consists of # Y00425 for the two 50 inch JetStream Crossbars, # Y28TR for the BaseLine Towers, # Y06188 for the front Fit Kit, and # Y06189 for the rear. The aerodynamic bars on this system will allow for an extremely quiet ride and they have a 165 pound weight capacity.
