Curt's 1-1/4-inch Class II hitch # C12051 is a confirmed fit for your 2007 Saturn Aura. This hitch is rated to tow up to 3500-lbs but your car's rating may be different so be sure to check your owner's manual. The Aura's towing capacity will depend on all of the specific equipment in it.
The recommended ball mount # C45522 that fits this hitch can be used with a 1-7/8-inch hitch ball such as # 19256 and also with a 2-inch ball such as # 19258. It just depends on the coupler size on the boat trailer. Usually the required ball size will be stamped into the coupler housing. You will also need a Pin and Clip # F-4.
If you also need a 4-pole wiring harness to power the trailer lights, I suggest the Curt Powered Tail Light kit # C59236 which offers simple plug-in installation.
