Question:

Id like to mount 4 bikes on the roof of my Tesla Model 3, would that be possible with the sea-sucker roof rack and 4 Rhino-Racks?

The weight rating for the SeaSucker Monkey Bars Roof Rack # 298-SX6000B that you referenced is 150 lbs. Assuming the weight of your 4 bikes (plus racks) is less than that and the roof capacity of your Tesla Model 3 is at least 150 lbs this would work.

For a lighter weight fork-mounted bike rack we have the part # TH561020 which fits this rack and only weighs 6 lbs. But since you most likely don't want to have 4 bike wheels hanging out in your car we have the wheel mount part # TH598004 which fits too and weighs 13 lbs.
