The Curt hitch # C11389, # C113891, and # C113893 are all fits for your 2015 Lexus IS 250. The difference is what comes which each part number. They all come with the hitch, but part # C113891 comes with a Euro style ball mount and the # C113893 comes with a standard style ball mount.
