I am restoring an older horse trailer that has a tubeinch for a center hub cover open at both ends that currently has 4 and 1/4 inche wide opening and is 4 and 1/8 inches long. Is this what I am looking for to replace these?

The item you selected, Excalibur Trailer Wheel Center Cap, part # 425EZ, will fit wheels with a pilot hole size of 4-1/4 inches. The overall height of part # 425EZ is 4-3/8 inches. This cover should work well as replacement hub covers for your horse trailer.
