I was wanting to know if the connections in the cable will fit into the four prong NEMA 14-50 outlet? The idea was to use it as an extension cord for 14-50 outlet for Tesla EV charging? Reference document is

The Mighty Cord 10' RV Power Cord Extension # A10-5010EH does indeed use male and female NEMA 14-50 connectors like the one in your diagram. I confirmed this with my contact at Mighty Cord. This extension cord is rated for 50-amp use.
