Demco 5th Wheel Base Rail Adapter # DM6140 is designed for a specific application in a B&W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch to convert it to the equivalent of industry-standard 5th wheel base rails like kit # C16418-204. To use this Demco item # DM6140 your truck must already have a B&W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch # BWGNRK1062.
The adapter will accept any brand of industry-standard 5th wheel hitch that is intended to mount in above-bed rails.
If you have a Trailer Saver hitch like model TS3, which is designed for industry-standard rails, then it will work fine on the Demco adapter.
