Does this allow for direct connection with 3 inch PVC sewer and drain pipe?

The Valterra Valve Fitting Adapter part # T05-2285VP is an adapter that allows you to use a 3" standard bayonet fitting like what is on the Quick Drain RV Sewer Hose part # D04-0121 with a 3" thetford bayonet fitting that is commonly found on old Airstream trailers. Therefore, if the 3" PVC sewer drain pipe you are referring to has thetford bayonet fitting on the end then this will work for you.
