Will this rack fit a Jeep Wrangler with the spare tire on the back?

To determine if the Thule Easy Fold XT part # TH903202 that you referenced will fit your Jeep Wrangler and clear the spare tire you'd need to take one simple measurement. You'd need to measure from the hitch pin hole to the furthest point out on the rear spare. If that distance is less than 9 inches then this rack will fit and clear the spare.
For a trailer hitch with a longer hitch tube confirmed as a fit for your 2017 Jeep Wrangler we have the Draw Tite part # DT78MR which is a confirmed fit and would work well with the Easy Fold.
