Question:
I am interested in this tuner I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.7 Hemi. I was wondering if there is the possibility of this tuner causing any damage to my truck if I use it? I would like to get a tuner but I am worried about causing damage to my truck.

The Edge EVOHT2 part # EP36040 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2005 Dodge Ram with a 5.7 liter Hemi. As long as your truck is in good working order currently this programmer would not cause any damage. The horsepower increase is noticeable but not enough to really over-stress your truck. The increase will be 17 horsepower and 26 ft lbs torque.
